ITT Flygt will be supplying the submersible mixers, diffusers and piping system for the new biological treatment process at the City of Vienna’s main wastewater treatment plant. The plant is currently undergoing expansion, raising the capacity by 60% to serve the equivalent of 4 million people.
ITT Fygt is releasing two new slim line pumps from the hard working Bibo range, for use in active dewatering. The new models, which can handle up to 55 l/s and pump up to heads of 70 metres, can operate in pipes ranging between 300 and 500 mm in diameter.
ITT Flygt has received an order for twenty-nine specially designed ultra low head, high capacity submersible pumps, plus auxiliary equipment, at a total value of USD 8 million. The 90 kW pumps will be used as a part of a fish bypass system at the Rocky Reach Dam, on the Columbia River, in the north western region of the US.
ITT Flygt, has been chosen by Pump Supplies Ltd to provide mixers for a contract at Pembroke Dock, Milford Haven for Dwr Cymru Welsh Water.
